Diplomacy Digest 5
BOSDIC’s Semester Insight: Events on Global Issues
Dear Readers,
As the semester draws to a close, we are excited to bring you the latest edition of Diplomacy Digest , the BOSDIC Newsletter. This newsletter will be a comprehensive recap of the events and internal discussions we’ve hosted this semester. It aims to showcase the dedication and hard work of our association’s members throughout the semester, highlighting the fantastic and thought-provoking events they have organised. These events have served as a springboard for engaging discussions and deep personal reflection.
In this issue, we shed light on the event organised by our Events team together with another Bocconi association, Student for Humanity, on the forgotten conflict in Nagorno Karabakh. We reflect on our visit to the Turkish Consulate, and analyse the shifting political and economic landscapes of Mexico and China, event organised by our International Cooperation team.
We also revisit history with a deep dive into the Paris Peace Conference, examining its lasting impact on global diplomacy, event organised by or Diplomacy team. Lastly, we consider the challenges facing democracy in South Korea.
Through these articles, we hope to increase curiosity, and foster a deeper understanding of the interconnected world we live in.
Enjoy the reading,
Elisa Brancatelli, Head of the Newsletter team
