It is with great pleasure that we introduce the fourth edition of Diplomacy Digest, BOSDIC’s newsletter dedicated to keeping you informed, semester after semester, on the most significant developments shaping the global geopolitical landscape.

In this edition, we delve into a range of critical issues currently influencing the world stage. What might their views mean for the future of the United States, and how could they impact the country's role on the international stage? Next, we turn our focus to Taiwan, examining the potential consequences of Donald Trump’s re-election on the region. As tensions grow in the Indo-Pacific, what shifts might this bring, and what risks lie ahead? Moving to the Middle East, we take a closer look at Iran’s evolving nuclear stance, and the consequences of this matter between obstacles and a global opportunities. We also discuss recent developments in Israel and their implications for neighbouring countries as well as for international relations. Finally, we address Europe’s position in an increasingly fragmented world, topic discussed in the annual event organised by the Institute for European Policy making (IEP) at Bocconi.
